Refunds, replacement and exchange policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with Glamp My Camp. If there is a problem with any item purchased from us via the Site or In-Store, please contact us on info@glampmycamp.com.au within 30 days of purchase to request refund, replacement or exchange and, noting your request but subject to availability of replacement goods or exchange goods, we will arrange for a refund, replacement or exchange on the following basis, the products:

  • Have a defect that you could not have known about at the time of purchase
  • Not be the same as the description provided
  • Not be of acceptable quality.

Glamo My Camp have confidence in the quality of our products and believe you'll be happy with your choice, however, if for some reason you change your mind after you receive your item then return them to us for our 30 Days MoneyBack Guarantee!

Our Change of Mind returns policy is a "voluntary" policy in addition to your statutory rights. As such, we trust that all returns are made in good faith. If, however, Glamp My Camp has reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns under this policy.

How do I return an item?

1. Glamp My Camp must recieve your teturn within 30 days from the date of dispatch:

  • In its original condition and packaging with all product components included and in an "as new / unopened" saleable condition.
  • Together with original proof of purchase
  • Returned with the original security tags or other product tags in place and in original condition. Products that are worn, used or otherwise damaged will not be accepted.

2. You must pre-pay all returns postage. We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post Registered Post, with shipment registration and insurance. You assume any and all risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during return transit

3. Change of mind returns will receive a refund or store credit for the full value of products returned. Postage and handling charges on the order will not be refunded on change of mind returns

4. This policy doesn't allow you to sample consumable items, if a portion of the consumable items are used then the item cannot be returned.

5. Please ensure you follow these steps to ensure we can accept and process your change of mind return.

How do I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed in the same way that you paid for your purchase. For instance, if you paid by credit card, the same credit card will be refunded. You may also choose to be refunded by voucher, which allows you to use your refund to help purchase other items.

Nothing in this returns policy should be interpreted as affecting any statutory rights regarding refunds and returns (for example, faulty or damaged products). All other terms and conditions above will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without further notice.

You agree that the above refunds, replacement and exchange policy is without prejudice to any non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law.
